While the app automatically assigns transactions to GL codes, cardholders and administrators retain the flexibility to manually assign transactions post-purchase. Additionally, the app enables users to capture receipt images using their smartphones and link them to specific transactions in real time, thereby reducing the likelihood of lost receipts and simplifying the expense reporting process with unprecedented precision.
